Description
The “Best of the West” camp with 5 leading Modern Arnis masters of the West was one of the largest Modern Arnis events worldwide with over 200 participants.
Mott B. Zawilinski, GM D. Anderson, GM Datu D. Knüttel, MoTT C. Gauss and GM Datu T. Hartman taught at this fantastic event hosted by DAV and D. Knüttel.
On this video, MoTT teaches Chuck Gauss the following topics:
1. Tapi-tapi posing
2. Tapi-Tapi together with Datu Dieter Knüttel
3. 2 against 1
4. Finger locks
5. Tapi tapi with Palis Palis
6. Palis Palis
7. Unarmed with takedown
The light and especially the sound situation was very difficult. 2 (sometimes very loud) groups were training in the same hall. Sometimes the teacher’s voice will be very thin or “tinny” sound. To minimize the noise, several frequencies had to be suppressed to understand the teacher.
