Grandmaster Samuel “Bambit” Dulay
8th Dan Modern Arnis started his FMA training in 1968. He learned under all 3 Presas brothers as well as from GM Christion Vasquez, GM Rene Tongson and many others. In 1999 Grandmaster Dulay was appointed as the Chief-Instructorf for Modern Anris in the Philippines by Grandmaster Remy A. Presas. Up to today, GM Dulay travels the Philippines and the world to teach and spread Modern Arnis.
