He is the founder of American Freestyle Karate, an American martial art and the author of the bestseller „American Freestyle Karate: A Guide To Sparring“, which has been on the market for over 30 years and is reprinted over and over again.<\/p>\n He was honored as the ‚Living Legend of Karate‘. A life-work tribute honoring him as one of the 50 most influential martial artists in the 40-year history of competitive karate in the US. In 1980 he met Professor Presas and has been running Modern Arnis ever since.<\/p>\n Prof. Anderson’s school has been teaching martial arts in East County for over 25 years, making it the oldest karate school in the area.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
