Mo<\/span>dern Arnis Balintawak:<\/span><\/h3>\n

In 1989 Fred asked Grandmaster Remy Presas to teach him what he had learned from Anciong Bacon the founder of Balintawak. <\/span>
\nOver several years and multiple one week stays at Fred\u2019s family home, GM Presas explained the difference between the Modern and the traditional numbering system of Angle 1 to 12 and how to apply counter to counter for each angle, using the traditional sequence and method of teaching.<\/span>
\nEverything you ever learned in Modern Arnis can and should fit in this counter to counter flow drill. <\/span>
\nFred shares his 30 years of experience in the three workshop series compressed into one video. <\/span>
\nExtra bonus tips on how to drill a skill to mastery.<\/span><\/p>\n

Senior Master Fred Shadian<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
